The machine also incorporates a built in mechanical stop mechanism that allows the user to start and stop at their desired height. The extra large footplate allows for multiple positioning. The sled rides on Nylon bearing driven wheels for a smooth and quiet operation. A removable calf block is also provided to perform calf raises for a complete leg workout.
