Painstaking care that goes into the positioning of every pad, lever arm, and grip to assure that 5' retirees, as well as 6'4" jocks enjoy the best possible balance and fit. Look for axis of rotation labels at pivot points, variable resistance cams for pertinent isolation movements, and a variety of converging, diverging, unilateral, pivoting, and self-aligning movements on both selectorized and plate-loaded units.
Superior Weight Transport Materials
Kevlar and polyamide belts, and a unique form of polyester cord (certain stations only) are used instead of traditional cables for improved safety, noticeably smoother reps, and years of virtually maintenance free operation. All are rated over 3,000 lbs tensile strength and feature premium grade connective hardware for added safety. In addition, our innovative snap-lock housing design alleviates the need for crimping tools and features a built-in eyelet to prevent theft or loss.

Structural Integrity & Durability
By using the strongest gauges of steel in the industry and very few bolted parts, Atlantis delivers structural integrity that eliminates the bending and shaking associated with some linkage designs and lighter tubing.
To ensure a lasting paint finish, frames are pre-heated, powder coated, and baked to ensure a very hard, scratch and chip resistant finish.
Every surface that comes in contact with a bar or plate features a zinc or nickel-plated finish or rugged PVC channeling to protect frames and components from scuffs and scratches.
A variety of heavy-duty rubber bumpers are used throughout our product line to substantially reduce noise and the wear and tear that comes with it. Listen carefully when you walk into any Atlantis equipped facility and you'll notice the absence of metal-on-metal sounds.
All units feature standard protective foot covers to protect flooring as well as anchoring holes should you choose to immobilize certain sections of equipment. Also look for special telescopic feet on units that require stabilization on uneven floors; another Atlantis first.
We eliminated the need for separate plate racks by building standard weight storage pins into all of our plate-loaded and free-weight units. Our 1.5" diameter, bullet-tipped horns allow for safe and easy one-handed maneuvering of weight plates.
Elite Weight Stack Environment
Teflon-flake flanged bushings between every powder coated, solid steel weight plate translates into silent operation and less stress on equipment. This extra breathing space also prevents dust and debris from building up over time for a cleaner, more reliable weight stack.
Indestructible weight stack shrouds easily pop into place without using any tools, so removing them for cleaning is a snap.
Our unique magnetic weight selector pin hugs weight plates securely for added safety and are permanently crimped around top plate shafts to prevent loss or damage. 3MŽ weight stack labels show increments in both pounds and kilos, and are placed away from selector holes to prevent tearing or peeling.
We believe that great weight stacks deserve great guide rods, so flimsy hollow tubing just won't do. Only 1" solid steel chromed guide rods will completely eliminate vibration and swaying weight stacks.
