Frequently Asked Questions and General Help
Q: Why can't I buy Equipment online?
A: Due to the nature of our products, we do not sell our equipment over the internet. If you have any questions or would like a custom layout and quote, please feel free to contact us today.
Q: What are cookies ?
A: Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer and are
created by websites. They are used to store
key information about your session so that the web site knows who you are when you move
from page to page within the site. They're just like sticking a post-it note on your pc,
telling the web site things like "I'm Joe Smith, and I've got a soft toy in my basket."
A cookie can only be read by the same site that originally created it, so no other sites can
read your FitHQ cookies, and we can't read any cookies that you've got from other places.
Q: Why do we use cookies ?
A: Our shopping cart uses cookies for 2 main reasons. Firstly, to identify if you're an existing
FitHQ customer (so that you need not enter all your details when you place your order),
and secondly to keep your cart details. When you actually place an order,
the cart cookie is no longer relevant and is deleted.
